This image was taken at San Antonio, TX on a day full of clouds, which I found very distracting. It looked a little better in mono, but I wanted a 'dreamy' look, So the color, contrast, lighting, shadows, and most everything was altered, then I needed a white vignette. And here is "Heavenly".
Originally shot with my Nikon D7200, ISO 640, f/8 at 1/4000 sec. Standard 150 mm lens.

Very nice as it is. I did a couple of thing , cropped the top slightly and then using a lineal gradient in lightroom lightened the sky above the bell tower Took me 3 edits to get what I was trying to achieve, but here it is . Yeah - I agree - the color was a dead shot. That is why I loke mono so much !!! Posted: 12/11/2024 18:01:09
