About the Image(s)
These guys were taken at a zoo. The beasts were separate, so I had to combine them into one pix. They are pretty in color, but I think mono is nice too. I need ideas about what to do with all the foliage - I think it is distracting. 7/7.1, 1/500th, ISO 100

In the colour image the green background is not as distracting as in the BW, Having said that I do like the BW better as the cattle stand out better, and the composite is well done. If you did not say it was two images I would not have noticed. As to the background I made a change in lightroom using the brush tool and eliminated a lot of the white and still kept some detail.   Posted: 11/02/2024 20:22:46

Ed - thank you for the idea. That is what I wanted it to look like. I do not use Lightroom, but am good at PS, which I will use. I think the darkness of the bushes really makes the cattle pop. Thanks a bunch! -MS   Posted: 11/03/2024 20:23:09

Hey Melissa, "what a set of horns" she said! Wow, I have never see these guys. I also did not pick up on the composite-well done. Ed took the background down nicely. I would also try to lower the brightness of the foreground and those lovely horns. Maybe you still have some detail still there.   Posted: 11/22/2024 23:13:20
