I've never been to Niagara Falls, but here in Wisconsin we are at the other end of the Niagara Escarpment. It a great photo and appears to be a long exposure by the look of the water on the falls and in the river. I like the sky and found the various areas of lights kept me looking through the photo to keep discovering new things. The colors of the lights behind the falls really add interest and grab your attention when you first look at the photo.   Posted: 07/12/2024 20:27:08

Peter, this is a fantastic shot - perhaps not for someone from Buffalo, but wow, you really captured the Horseshoe Falls beautifully.

I liked this shot so much I just had to play with it - I wanted to see what it might look like without the hand of man. Nothing major, just removing HOM and pumping up the contrast and a minor crop - anyway, I hope you like my renditions but congrats on a winner.   Posted: 07/21/2024 03:48:35
