About the Image(s)
This picture of the waterfall was taken during the PSA Photo Festival in September. The Multnomah Falls is the tallest waterfall in the state of Oregon at 620 ft (189 m) in height. The Multnomah Creek Bridge, built in 1914, crosses below the falls, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Dennis, this is a picture perfect image of the falls and bridge. At first I didn't like the small dot of sky in the top center but after further study I think it is needed for prospective. Excellent composition and all technical aspect to me are outstanding.   Posted: 11/04/2025 13:51:17
Dennis this image capture well this iconic waterfall. Differently from Tom, I think the small sky spot is creating troubles because it is very bright and the eye goes there.Maybe you have another image with e little bit more of sky or you can try to crop out it. The image is sharp and your choice of shutter speed still still provide some dynamism.

Gorgeous image. Usually items that run straight through the middle of a photo don't work. In this case, you illustrated the rare circumstances where it provides the perfect perspective. I agree about the white dot at the top. Anything very light like this draws the eye away. I don't think you can crop it out but may darkening it would fix the problem.   Posted: 11/04/2025 18:27:42
