I never know where to expect your next image is taken. I do enjoy seeing all the places you visit. This is a very interesting and well-done shot of a temple. You did a great job of removing the people. Just keep in mind that sometimes leaving people in the image add more visual interest. Your image is well composed shot with the bridge leading the eye directly to the main point of interest, the temple. This would be a nice shot if you were preparing a travel brochure for this area of China.   Posted: 02/04/2025 18:31:14

John, an excellent image capturing this temple. I like the soft light of the blue hour and your composition. I think your image is tilted to the left. I would also try to add some contrast to the temple so it can stand out a little bit more from the background that has a similar "color palette".

best wishes

This is a nicely composed image with symmetry, has a very balanced feel. I like the warm tone of the temple and the lights on the bridge. The sky has a nice color, but otherwise a bit bland with no clouds. I would consider maybe cropping it just a bit.   Posted: 02/11/2025 06:32:26

Very nice image John. Adjusted your image 4 degrees for the left tilt. Love the temple and the bridge that draws you right in. Agree with spring that a left and right crop might be a plus and then you could also get rid of the unstimulating sky. Tried it. What do you think?   Posted: 02/14/2025 14:16:07
