About the Image(s)

On one of our many trips to New England, specifically Maine, I found this small out of the way cove. It has been the source of several hundred images.

This is an excellent composition. The rocks in the foreground anchor the image and the water leads the eye to the rest of the cove. Lots of interesting details in the boats and structures along the shoreline. Everything is in perfect focus. And plus, you had a beautiful sky as a backdrop. My only concern is that the rocks and rust-colored algae (?) in the foreground appear a little over-saturated and unnatural. I suggest dialing that back a bit.   Posted: 02/04/2025 13:07:46

Mike, thank you for your comments and I see what you mean about the foreground algae and will definitely try some adjustments.   Posted: 02/04/2025 13:22:32
