This is shot at Santa Cruz in California after sunset, my attempt at Minimalism . I was drawn to the beautiful pastel color and the serene feel. I originally shot it with the boat in the middle of the image, and cropped it with the boat in the right third for aesthetics.

This is a strikingly beautiful, peaceful image. I love how you captured the soft pastel colors. You also made the right composition decision when you moved the boat to the right. I think this would be a gorgeous print to enlarge, frame and hang on a wall. Outstanding work! Posted: 02/04/2025 13:03:16
