Hi Norman: It would never have occurred to me to photograph 6 forks, but you did just that.
Composition is pleasing with the subjects placed on a diagonal from lower left to upper right, and then your added colors add that extra spark and turn the picture into a creative endeavor.

I do like the addition of the thin white border as it defines your composition against the black web page of our circuit.
Good creative work !!   Posted: 04/09/2026 22:38:27

Great use of common place items in this challenge, and a creative rendition here. I like the composition and the lighting effect that you employed here. I do find that some of the effectiveness of the presentation is lost where the forks intertwine. This interaction is an important part of the image though. Perhaps if one moved the forks apart a bit this might allow more black empty space between the fork tines. Or perhaps using a large vs smaller fork set in an alternating pattern. This is a minor point related to the set-up rather than to the quality of the image though. Nice Job !   Posted: 04/10/2026 17:02:37

This is great, Very creative. We did this at a camera club meeting. It was fun. Were the forks plastic? That's what we used. I find it fascinating that the color pattern on the forks are very close to matching.
Very nice.   Posted: 04/14/2026 17:51:05

Norman, the composition with the forks on the diagonal was a great choice. Your unique image has great impact because I was astonished by all the colors in the plastic forks.
A member in my Photo Club just showed his photo of silver forks arranged the same way. I was surprised by the colors in yours as a result of just seeing his!   Posted: 04/14/2026 20:37:13
