About the Image(s)
Originally the spider was on a yellow leaf and was lost in the color sameness. I transferred it to an apple leaf. The image was taken with 60 exposures with WeMacro rail with natural light. Processed with Helicon focus and Photoshop.

Hi Neal: A lot of magnification here, you likely needed all 60 stacks to achieve total sharpness bottom to top of frame.
What F stop did you use for your 60 stacks ??
The spider is positioned very well near the upper right corner of the frame, also the exposure is spot on.   Posted: 11/10/2024 06:44:55

Hi Neal. Nice work.
On my screen, your image appears a little "fuzzy". I assume that the original is probably a very large file - and might have suffered from the size restriction requested by the PSA DD website.
Nice composition and color contrast.   Posted: 11/15/2024 21:07:50

Neal...Nature is so interesting how that little spider was originally on a surface that blended in with his colors. He looks to be very tiny yet you captured detail with him. The multiple exposures stacked in Helicon bring out so much more in a subject than just a single shot. You did a very nice job capturing his detail and contrast of the different colors.   Posted: 11/16/2024 06:26:37
