Title: A Brave Man
I am always amazed at how brave the clowns are that help protect the rodeo contestants by distracting the animals. This was a very hot dry day, making a lot of dust, which helps hide the distracting background. I did not make many adjustments in this image other than cropping.

Bruce, the clown is ready for a direct hit. The dust makes the image more interesting adding some degree of mystery as how is going to end up. Image is sharp.   Posted: 02/03/2025 20:38:13
Hi Bruce. The dust makes this photo something special most rodeo shots I have seen the dust is red-brown. The extent of the dust gives this photo an elevated look above the surface of the ground. Another version of the shot would be to reduce the exposure of the dust behind the steers back left leg slightly this would may give the photo a more ominous black cloud gloom and doom look which it already has but worth a try.   Posted: 02/04/2025 22:36:42
Hi Bruce - I don't know who that guy is, but I wouldn't want to be him! I agree with Ronald and Isaac. The dust adds intensity for me. This guy is about to get demolished, but the viewer is left hanging on what actually happens. Great shot and image is sharp.   Posted: 02/06/2025 03:12:19
