About the Image(s)
Young trick-or-treaters get some adjustments prior to visiting downtown Waupaca, Wisconsin, businesses. I used LR, PS, and Topaz Studio to process the image. Tech stuff: ISO 400 (Auto ISO), f/8, 1/250 sec., +0.3 exposure bias, aperture priority, center weighted average meeting, 50 mm focal length.

A good story and well captured. The reflection in the door adds to the story and gives depth to the image .Well done Trey.   Posted: 04/11/2025 18:58:03
Trey, This is a great image that captures the preparation for Halloween.
When I first compared the final image to the original image, I was struck by the blue cast in the processed image. It then dawned on me, that the key might lie in the "Blue skies" sign in the top corner.
My eye is drawn to the brightest part of the image which is the reflection in the glass door and it tends to overwhelm the little girls, and their mother or relative doing the finishing touches.
I wonder if they were brightened/lightened a little so that they became more prominent players in this story.

A Good story. Well-framed and inclusion of reflections. I like the colours; go well with the story. Good image.   Posted: 04/13/2025 00:45:14
