Charles, wow - what a well kept relic! Although the car is an amazing colour, BW is an excellent choice to emphasise its sharpness and detail. Also a good choice to crop the top a bit and to blur the foliage. Overall, though, I find the image a bit static. I am not sure what the rules are for photographing these events but could this entry be shot at more of a side angle, maybe capturing the driver with his elbow out the window and a look of pride on his face?   Posted: 07/15/2025 04:35:26

I really like the process in B&W as the chrome really stand out. I like the angle as you want the front and side of car vs a side view. I did remove the poles coming out of the car and darken around car to help make it the focus.   Posted: 07/15/2025 22:19:53
