This is a nice pose of a mother and her foal. This image is nice and sharp and the tonal values good. Dark background really brings out the horses. I like the side lighting while still detail in the shadows. Nice job. Posted: 12/14/2024 16:48:36

Ger, I agree with everything James has said. A lovely portrait! Just one small thing - on my screen there are a few light spots in the dark background that I would like to see cloned out. Posted: 12/17/2024 01:24:12

I like the Rembrant lighting of this lovely portrait shot. The contrast and exposure is very efetive. I don't know if you have any more of the mare's body in your original shot. I might have liked to see a little more of her, but either way, it's a nice image. Posted: 12/19/2024 15:46:35
