About the Image(s)
I was on the parking lot roof when I saw this guy on a bike following the painted trail. Thought it might make a good street photo.
This image was shot with Nikon D850, 24-70mm 2.8 lens at 1/100 of a sec, ,F/4.0 at ISO 320.

James, I love this. Great use of "street" shapes in a minimalist image. Good timing catching the cyclist right at the crux of the two coloured curves. I like the BW (I find the pavement curves in the colour version overpower the cyclist. In the BW, though, I would like the purple path to be just a tad darker. Well done!   Posted: 11/11/2024 01:28:42

Very nice composition. The cyclist reads well against the dark tone of the curve he is following. In the B&W conversion the impact purple curve was minimized making the composition cleaner.   Posted: 11/19/2024 00:25:37

Such an interesting pattern and the cyclist is perfectly placed in the frame. I think monochrome was the way to go for this image. Well done!   Posted: 11/19/2024 15:49:02
