Hi, This is an aerial shot from a commercial aircraft taken with a Google Pixel 10 XL. Minutes after taking off from Seattle, we found ourselves in a thick marine layer. Suddenly, I spotted Mt.Rainier surrounded by a ring of clouds.

One of our sos lived in Seattle for year, so this image reminded me of seeing Mount Rainier from the plane. Nice capture. it is always hard to get a clean shot of anything from a plane, so this is particularly impressive. I love the cloud partly shrouding the mountain. It give it a sense of mystery! I am curious what is at the bottom of the photo. There is no detail, perhaps part of the airplane? Except for the bottom, I like this photo. Thanks for sharing. Posted: 07/13/2026 22:20:27
Hi,I think the bottom of the image is the edge of the forest or rocky outcropping perhaps in shadow ? I know it's not part of the plane because I checked the full image. Posted: 07/14/2026 01:43:04
