Discussion:
Sometimes you just have to play around. This morning my wife and I were at the kitchen table having breakfast when we noticed the now melting frozen rain drops on the roof of our patio. I knew I had to capture some photos. I set up the tripod inside the house looking out through the glass patio door and pondered how to create an interesting composition. In this photo I placed the intersection of two roof supports at a power point and tilted the camera to add a bit of interest to the composition. This is why the now melting icicles are at a slant rather than being vertical.
