Wayne,
Like you, I'm excited to finally see some color in the trees in our neighborhood! It looks like you wanted to show your viewers that one flowering tree, lit by the sun! Great idea! What draws my eye away from that tree, however, are the branches of the tree behind it, which are also lit up. You can either clone them out or dramatically reduce the highlights of those branches. also, the subject tree is probably not as sharp as you would like. You could use LRC to sharpen it using the sharpen tool and clarity slider.   Posted: 04/02/2026 19:09:09

Thanks for you comments.I was torn with the folliage in the back and was going to correct in post processing .However,I personally liked the layers of vegetation and the diagonal patterns that were created, and did not want to chance the cloning out of all the branches.I didn't think I had the skills to accomplish that.   Posted: 04/03/2026 03:22:36

I'm not totally put off by the bright green branches behind and above the tree. What immediately caught my eye and distracted me from the tree was the bright green branch to the left of the tree. I saw it and wondered where was it coming from.   Posted: 04/10/2026 03:18:00

I really like the concept of this image, especially how the sun is highlighting the new blossoms on the tree. I have a strong imagination, so the bright green branches kind of look like they are reaching out to the tree. I do find that the image is not as clear as it could be.   Posted: 04/12/2026 13:50:39
