Hi Robert, I think that you have done a beautiful job! The contrast between the tight steel cables and the soft clouds is striking, and it looks like the bridge is illuminated against the dark sky. B&W is a perfect choice for the image, and I like the strict symmetry. The passing truck gives out the scale of the immense structure. - I wonder if there are slight ghost-like artifacts round the center pillar?   Posted: 11/13/2024 17:58:26

Thanks,Kirsti. I had high expectations for this photo but the ghosting in the image is mess. I thought I had corrected it all - all of the pillars had ghosting - but I see as you pointed out that I missed the main pillar and also the hills to the left.
Thanks for your feedback on the general composition.   Posted: 11/14/2024 00:27:20

Hi Robert - I think you've done an excellent job pulling the bridge out of the sky. That must have been difficult. I love all the contrast in this shot. One small suggestion for your consideration would be to slightly reduce the highlights/exposure where the city is. Nice capture!   Posted: 11/14/2024 23:12:19

This is a beautiful photograph. I wouldn't bring down the high lights. You might increase the contrast to get some real zone 0 scale blacks. Get ride of the ghosting and rame this one. The main action of the photo is of course in the center laterally, but the picture is not static because the swooping lines of the bridge superstructure provides dynamism and the three pillars on the rightprovode weight on the right. Great composition   Posted: 11/22/2024 21:32:30
