About the Image(s)
Even if nowadays, camera improve a lot, faster focusing, more frame per second, but still man operate this camera, his/her eyes follow the objects, then direct the camera to the flying object. This is a prime example of such, pick the background, just wait for the main actor to show up, it did, but, I was slow to act.?!
Was trying to capture the hummingbirds zipping around, but I'm slow to get to it, this is what's left of the scene, no bird, but still looks ok.
Captured with 200-600mm zoom lens, hand held, f/8, 1/5000s, ISO 2000,
Post process with LR denoise, PS, Topaz, minor adjustment of light, shadow

This image has some unique appeal to it with all the negative space. It really makes the raspberry colored flowers stand out. However, the white blurry spot is quite distracting. Why is it like that? Was that where the hummingbird was located?   Posted: 09/04/2023 18:43:19
David, thanks for noticing that, I check the original, it's like that, not sure what's it, hotspot may be, was at 600mm, can't remember the background now, I try to ps it, not very good. thanks thou.   Posted: 09/15/2023 10:29:22
Beautiful background which is nicely blurred with a lovely color palette. The magenta flowers really pop against the background. For me, this would be better as a vertical crop and like David said, unfortunately, the white blur is a distraction.   Posted: 09/09/2023 10:27:38
The gorgeous flower against the golden green background is stunning. I don't like the blur of the hummingbird. I'm hoping you capture it next time. So difficult to get a photo of them because they are so fast. You would do better in this photo with the flower against the big background of color and no blur.   Posted: 09/28/2023 19:15:40
Very nice flower image. The flowers were composed well. I also find the white blurred patch was a bit distracting.
