About the Image(s)
I liked the vibrant colors of the flowers. I cropped and darkened the background. Settings: f/5, 1/40 and 115 mm focal length. Hand held.

I like the vibrant colors of the flowers, and the bee was an added bonus. I also like how you darkened the green foliage in the background. However, I actually like your original image better because it is softer and more natural. The final image seems to have a bit too much clarity added, and the bee gets lost in the flower.   Posted: 02/03/2025 01:03:49
I like the way you have separated the flower from the background and the narrow depth of field has blurred out the flower in the background a little. The bee doesn't really add anything to the shot and I think it is a good image of the flower. Just a thought, it might improve that image by cloning out the very top petals of the background flower to create a tighter image.   Posted: 02/07/2025 16:51:34
I agree with Robert's comments, separation of the background, but the out of focus element on the top right, doesn't add points to this image, suggest crop out or darken the area. Finally, the small bee in this frame just not yield much to me.   Posted: 02/13/2025 14:45:19
