Xiamen Gulangyu Island is located in Xiamen City, across the sea from Xiamen City. It is a small island in the southwest of Xiamen. It is a collection of history, culture, architectural landscape and music. At the southwest end of the island there was a cave eroded by sea water. Whenever the waves hit, it made a sound like a drum, so it was called "Gulang Stone (Drum wave stone) ". Through the stone I can see the Xiamen Twin tower across the sea in the Xiamen city. The Xiamen Twin Towers, is one of Xiamen's iconic cityscapes. It is two independent towers connected by a podium. It looks like a beautiful sail and incorporates the visual elements of Xiamen's city flower "Bougainvillea".
I was standing on the sand beach and hand holding my Nikon-D810 with f/8, 1/200 second and ISO 1250. The post-processing of local contrast and saturation were done in Veveza3 and cropped in PhotoShop.
