I, too, like the simplicity and B&W conversion of this image. I also like Cindy's cropped version. I would imagine this scene was deliberately posed.   Posted: 11/04/2024 12:50:04

No, not a set-up. I was walking up stairs next to the scene and made one exposure. This is it.   Posted: 11/13/2024 15:15:56

wonderful capture, simple and interesting. like the revised, even it's a little, but works well.   Posted: 11/10/2024 14:41:42

An image like this won a competition at our club. Its simplicity obviously appealed to the judge. I think the peg between the hats adds a lot more interest and is an attractive part of the image. I like Cindy's version as well.   Posted: 11/12/2024 16:49:19

I like the image for the excellent focus, B&W conversion and tones. As for the crop, I think horizontal works well but I would NOT cut off the bottom of the left hat!   Posted: 11/28/2024 19:43:54

The photo presents a quiet and calm atmosphere, highlighting the texture and shape of the hat itself. The overall composition is simple and meaningful, giving people a sense of tranquility and elegance. I think that the angle of the light can be adjusted to make the shadows more natural and smoother, and enhance the three-dimensional effect of the hat.   Posted: 11/29/2024 09:20:38
