Lovely time exposure. Leading lines are amazing. How you caught this with the people on our right looking stationary and the trucks not in motion is also a nice touch. It seems to be timed just right. The fog also adds to the feeling of what it is like in Hong Kong. Very interesting Cityscape.   Posted: 07/15/2024 21:14:00

Hi Leo,
I love the perspective of this image and how it creates wonderful leading lines. I feel as if I am in the midst of the city. The buildings disappearing into the fog add a nice touch. Great job!   Posted: 07/16/2024 17:17:52

You are becoming a master urban photographer. There is a lot going on here and it is all good! The fog seems to be a buffer seperating the urban environment from the sky. There are multiple leading lines! A very sharp and exciting image. You used a very wide angle lens and got some distortion on the edges. This can be fixed in Photoshop. I used "transform" and "warp".I read that Hong Kong is the most expensive city to live in. My hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is the most affortable.   Posted: 07/16/2024 17:52:30

You have captured a great urban scene here Leo. I really like how you have blurred the car lights with a long shutter speed. It gives your image a sense of great motion. That, contrasted with the buildings shrouded in fog makes for a very interesting photo. The golden color of you image and the fact it is a nighttime shot gives it beauty. The fact that you used a wide angle lens gives the viewer a vast look at the scene, but I do think that the straightening that Mark suggested gives us a more realistic view of the perspective. Nice work.   Posted: 07/23/2024 14:56:03

I really like this image, Leo. The streaks of the cars' headlights add a strong compositional element as well as bringing my eyes into the image. The overall color palette carries throughout the frame and is very pleasing. I also really like the clouds among the buildings at the top. They add a wonderful moodiness to the scene. The parts of the image that are not moving are sharp and provide wonderful detail. I may not agree with the group on your use of parallax. I think it adds a compositional element that fives the image a different feel and adds interest. Great job!   Posted: 07/26/2024 14:46:07

This is a very dynamic image. The fog really gives it a wonderful feel by emphasizing the leading lines of the lights.I think the only thing ÂĽou might consider would be to use the transform tool to straighten he image. ( IF you use LR). Fun image.   Posted: 07/27/2024 14:49:31
