About the Image(s)

I went to a photography workshop at Tremont School in Townsend TN. This image was taken on my last day there. This was a sunrise. It was very foggy and
I like the way the sun is reflecting on the trees. Spring colors are so pretty. I used a selection and mask on the right side to try to pull the color out and the
A little detail in the trees. I also like the layers from the foreground to the background. How do you feel about this image

Ah yes, Spring. Glad it is here already. I really like the layers you are showing in this image Linda. You have foreground, mid-ground, farther away mid-ground, background and a bank of clouds thrown in for good measure. Your image has a three dimensional quality that is so hard to capture on a flat surface. It has a wonderful artistic look. Looks like you learned lots in your class. Nice work.   Posted: 05/06/2021 12:09:02

Perhaps you might consider cropping this as a vertical using the center portion. It would direct the viewers eye to the light coming through the fog.

As you said, the best part of this image is the top. Why not concentrate on that. I think the bottom third of the image doesn't add a thing. Making it a vertical captures what drew your attention to this scene.   Posted: 05/09/2021 23:13:47

I love the coloring and the fade of the image. I think the trees in the background over the rolling hills should be more of the focal point as opposed to those that are in front. Maybe crop out a lot of the foreground and focus more on the other trees.   Posted: 05/10/2021 10:12:44
