Hey Elaine. I really like this. I have sailed all my life and love marina shots. This one is very good. I did a couple of things that you may or may not like. I straightened the masts on the outside of the image and added some texture and clarity (my official middle name). and I sharpened it with ON-1 NoNoise AI. it just made the water look a little wetter if that is a thing. Nice shot.   Posted: 10/05/2026 00:48:30

Lovely shot and nicely framed. The repeating pattern from the masts and hulls of the boats is wonderfully positioned against the sky and water. The water channel and it's curve is very well placed to draw the eye through the image. What time of day was this?

Hi Elaine, I really like the vertical lines of the boats on the left side along with their reflections and the vertical posts on the pier. The bright blue on the right is taking all of my attention away from that, though. So I recommend either changing this to black and white or cropping just to the left of the blue boats but keeping the edge of the right pier. You could also try a different crop of the bottom up to where the first boat and pier reflections appear.   Posted: 10/05/2026 17:29:10
