About the Image(s)
My wife Terry is very skilled at decorating for holidays. This year at Christmas she had four house gnomes displayed on a living room bar which begged to be photographed in natural light coming from the left side. I photographed them in Canon Raw, then post processed in Adobe camera raw and PS. I did some cropping and played with the camera raw sliders a little bit.
What do you think and what would you do differently?
Camera data: Canon R5, 24-105 F4 zoom lens at 56mm, hand held 1/30, f9.5, iso 3200 (an overcast day)

Hi, Henry,
What a lovely picture and the humor. Your post processing made it perfect. I like the composition and the vivid colors; very festive indeed. I can almost smell the single malt scotch in the air. (haha)

Very cute! It looks like the gnomes are having a very nice conversation. I like Andrew's crop but with a little more room at the top. Nice colors and composition.   Posted: 01/20/2025 18:12:41
