About the Image(s)
I took this photo of a horse standing alone in a field in Iceland while I was riding on the highway in a tour bus. I tried to process it with Topaz AI, but it didn't seem to change anything except the file type (TIF). I'm having this problem a lot in Topaz right now for some reason. Is the horse enough in focus to be a "good" photo? I adjusted texture, clarity, dehaze, darkened the sky and snow, lightened the horse, and added a vignette.

Nice landscape although the horse is not in a great pose but nothing you can do. I think always worthwhile shooting from the coach or train - you never know if you'll be coming back - there might not be a second chance. Shorter shutter speed would be better.
I worked on it in Topaz sharpening and blur removal; also darkened the highlights and added some texture and it looks a bit better. Maybe something not right with your copy of Topaz. Perhaps ask the manufacturer?   Posted: 12/14/2024 16:13:16

Hi Andrew, thanks for your comments. I agree with everything you wrote, and I like your revision. I found out what was "wrong" with my Topaz. I didn't realize I had 2 different versions of it - Topaz Denoise (free trial version?) and Topaz Photo AI (purchased). I was using them interchangeably without realizing it, and Denoise wasn't set up to export correctly so my changes weren't saved. Now I know and have imported my edited photos. :-)   Posted: 12/21/2024 05:21:09
