I saw this green heron on the riverbank of one of our local forest preserve. We have had a lot of rain so the grass is really green. Taken with my Nikon Z8 and 600 PF lens at 1/3200 sec, f/6.3 and ISO 25,600. Cropped and then lightly processed with DXO Pure Raw and Lightroom.
