I really love these pano images done in soft pastels. The mood is just so peaceful and with the pano the image seems to place me there on the beach looking into eternity. While the large rock on the left first draws my eye, the visual balance created by the string of smaller rocks on the right makes me shift my gaze to the right and then pass over the rock and continue forever. Hi Michael. The soft blues and pinks against the dark sand give this early-morning beach image a very serene feel. The image is sharp, and I love the large rock in the water, which is nicely balanced by the smaller rocks to the right. I'm on the fence about the rock at the left edge of the frame because I'm not sure if it was intentional, but the more I look at it, it grows on me. Nicely done.   Posted: 08/04/2026 23:17:39

Michael, this image has a beautiful palette of soft colors which is quite captivating the rocks in the water add a lot of interest. I'm also on the fence about the large rock on the left. I did not notice the smaller rock on the lower left corner, but once I read the comments, I can't unsee it. I would probably clone or crop that one out.   Posted: 08/06/2026 21:16:01

I love the colors in this image. So worth getting up at 5 am. My eye kind of goes in a circle, starting with the rock in the foreground, to the big rock, to the smaller ones in the distance and closer in with the small ones on the right and back where I started. Michael - how fortunate to have fam so close to this spectacular location! Well worth sneaking out to singularly enjoy this soft and beautiful early morning light. You've captured this scene sharply enough so I can smell the damp salt air and hear the swish-hiss of the gently rising and falling waves. I love this image as it is! But ... others have suggested options for the left side, and I've taken the liberty of suggesting edit & crop options for your consideration here.
