About the Image(s)

I made this image in downtown Bangkok Thailand. Shot from across the street. I noticed the temple roofs and tree's. I cropped the image and cloned out several unneeded parts. Swapped colors in Photoshop
Shot with my Olympus EM1 Mark II,converted 590 nm camera. ISO 500, 1/640 sec, at f/11

Nelson,
I like your treatment of the temple buildings. I do not often use pastels in my conversions. However, I enjoy the overall effect the trees bring to the image. I am looking forward to seeing some of your other Thailand images in the coming month. Susan   Posted: 09/06/2023 18:03:13

I like this! You have been posting on Derrick Story's group and that is an amazing class resource for infared. It encourages me to think about using color images. This has a lovely Eastern feel to it, and is so beautiful.   Posted: 09/08/2023 12:25:36

A lovely image, enhanced by the pastel palette. Your sky is such a lovely background for this story as well. The textures on the structures are well seen creating a beautiful scene.

I like the "soft' quality of the scene. My only suggestion is to crop the left to eliminate the building as it competes for attention. The one on the right is fine as it is small and not an intrusion.   Posted: 09/17/2023 08:40:17

The pastel like color are very nice as the picture, too. I would have cropped the building on the left away.   Posted: 09/18/2023 04:15:28
