This is an image I made in Thailand, south of Bangkok.
Phra Pathom Chedi in Nakhon Pathom, one of the most prominent stupas in Thailand.
Phra Pathom Chedi is renowned for being the tallest stupa in the world, standing at 120 meters. It is a significant Buddhist site and an important historical landmark in Thai culture. The structure is believed to date back to the 3rd century, though it has undergone significant restoration over the centuries.
Shot with my Olympus EM1-Mark 3, 590 nm converted camera. With the 14-42mm lens. 1/400 sec,f/11 ISO 500. Processed with Lightroom and Photoshop. I removed several distracting items.Like the light poles.

A great colour IR image Nelson. Well composed and good use of the elements in the scene. Also good processing to remove the extraneous and un-necessary distractions.   Posted: 12/12/2024 03:38:15

Very nice. I appreciate the shape of the buildings, curved lines leading to the sky. Color Ir was a good choice. The pink trees look like blooming cherry trees.   Posted: 12/18/2024 19:03:05
