About the Image(s)
The original is a 3D anaglyph I took using a Red Hydrogen One. In gimp, I used various layer modes including value invert, difference, and hue. Then I used hue/saturation to find the colors I liked. Finally, I applied an unsharp mask.

I think the word for this type of thing is 'Pareidolia'. Well seen and created! A fun image, and humour in photography is always welcome! Perhaps could do with lightening the dark areas slightly? Posted: 07/11/2024 07:39:18
Another "out there" image from Steve.Always interested in seeing non-typical post processing approaches, such as this one. This is a somewhat humorous picture, but unfortunate does not hold my interest for long - maybe that's the point - look, and move on. Posted: 07/12/2024 16:13:14
You have done a good job of giving life to the plug. Your choice of colors works well. He looks as if he is smiling. I would like to see the colors presented smoother rather than as a mass of dots. Posted: 07/15/2024 22:56:58

I agree with Gunter. Mike has unique processing approaches. Likely, it is based on his stereoscopic expertise. Unfortunately, not many people into it. Although, I enjoy altered reality in psychedelic arts. Posted: 07/26/2024 08:06:33
