About the Image(s)
This is one of famous landmarks in Indonesia. "Welcome Monument" that located in Jakarta the capital city of Indonesia. The traffic in this spot is extremely busy. It is impossible to have a dancer dancing at this round about. I removed all cars and traffics from Original 1. Cut and paste the dancer from Original 2. The tricky part is how to make the slayer transparent. I applied luminosity mask to the slayer layer and adjust the transparency to make it as realistic as possible.

Beautiful image, Frans! Regarding traffic - I didn't see any in the original. Had you already removed it, or am I just not seeing it? Beautiful juxtaposition of the human figure in motion against the hulking angular structures in the background. The figure also works beautifully with the illuminated arched fountains in the background. What did you mean by the "slayer layer"?   Posted: 05/07/2025 19:29:15

Hi Peter. Sorry to confuse you. English is my second language. I should have used the word 'fabrics' instead of 'slayer'. Slayer in Indonesian means fabrics. I used a slow shutter speed (15 sec) to remove or blur out the traffic. You could still see the light trails. The 'real' original shows pedestrian paving and traffic barrier (as attached) I have removed from 'Original'. Thanks for your comments and questions.   Posted: 05/08/2025 00:27:09
