About the Image(s)

Original 1 - is a crop from my out of camera shot (cannot find the full original)
Original 2 is my first attempt to create a finished product from Original 1
Abstract #26 - is another version, using Original 2.
The post processing, for the most part, was completed with MirrorLab.
I really like minimalist abstract pictures. Simple shapes, lines, colours, and tones appeal to me. But the most important part of the image for me, is the composition, and how my eyes move around the subject - nice'n easy!

Gunter, this image is SO soothing on the eyes! Looking at it feels like a brain massage. Was there ever an actual subject that was photographed, or did this composition come entirely from the computer? Thanks   Posted: 03/01/2025 17:03:42

It was generated from a picture taken with my camera. See Original - it's just a tight crop, but unfortunately cannot locate it.   Posted: 03/11/2025 16:20:38

This is really dramatic, Gunter. Great depth in the shapes. Black and red always appeal to me when they're together, and you've done a really nice job of making each color play a very important role in the final composition. The red outline is absolutely essential, but I'm glad you made it just a thin hairline. Well done!   Posted: 03/08/2025 16:39:16

Some very subtle colour variations in this beautiful composition. A very pleasing abstract!   Posted: 03/10/2025 05:22:52

Hi Gunter. This a truly superb creation. I love the harmony you created between the top and the bottom. You make it too perfect until I could spot a tiny imperfection at the 6 o'clock position. It's an excellent work !   Posted: 03/16/2025 20:26:12

The color palette is beautiful. The lines and curves present a very simple minimalistic image. Beautiful work. Sorry to see you go, but good luck to you.   Posted: 03/25/2025 21:16:52
