About the Image(s)
Pressed for time after travelling, I've created this composite triptych from a photo of the 'Molen Van Rolde'. I cropped it and converted it to greyscale using Samsung photo editor. Next, I used Onelab to create several colorful versions, and a negative image. I opened the new edits as layers in the gimp, and used 'value' and 'difference' layer modes to combine them in three different ways.

A very interesting Triptych. Enjoyed exploring each panel. For my eyes, the third panel does not have the impact of the first two - mainly due to the sky - would prefer a more saturated colour, similar to the first 2. Very well thought out and produced.   Posted: 11/10/2024 04:49:02

I agree with Gunter that the third panel's sky needs more drama and saturation like the other two. But I love the bright colors and the way you combined the positive and negative versions of the image. Well done.   Posted: 11/15/2024 20:47:19

Great triptych, well constructed. I have no problem with the third image, since for me it fits well with the other two. certainly very creative. Perhaps a coloured frame might help to finish the overall image?   Posted: 11/23/2024 10:07:11
