About the Image(s)

We don’t celebrate Halloween in Indonesia. But we do have a lot of mystical stories. Bali is not only famous in its landscape but is also rich in rituals and traditions. The eternal battle between good and evil. People in Bali respect both the "gods" and the “demons”. They believe to keep them in harmony to protect the land, their family and their life. My studio concept this month presents a Bali Dancer and her mom. I am imagining to create a Movie Poster with title ... Bali Mystique ... The finish product is a composite of seven pictures. Big and small. The pictures were all prepared in LR. The composite was all executed in PS. Your review and suggestion will be well much appreciated.

Another exciting composite from Frans. Beautifully done. Can't think of anything I would do differently.   Posted: 11/10/2024 04:41:01

This is so well done Frans. I love the dark, moody, saturated colors and the way you combined all the elements seamlessly. I can't see anything I would change. The lettering you chose is perfect for a movie poster.   Posted: 11/15/2024 20:55:18

Hi Jan. Thanks for the word 'mood'. That was my main objective in preparing this composite.   Posted: 11/28/2024 00:40:53

Wow, what a clever composite. It has plenty of punch, and to me resembles a book cover. Super Image!   Posted: 11/23/2024 10:00:35

I love the subtlety of the mask. It looks transfixed by the subjects, and gives another layer of depth both visually and emotionally.   Posted: 11/27/2024 19:33:54
