About the Image(s)
I took this photo at the site of one of the old factories in Saint Petersburg. This factory used to produce electrical equipment and high-voltage cables. Now this factory is closed and has been reconstructed into a post-industrial style space, with many cafes, areas for relaxation, walking, and fun leisure activities.

Hi Oleg
This one is very colourful an bizzy could do with cropping right side to take man in black out
And darken bottom left .

Hi Norman! Hmmm.... Perhaps the man-in-black is a bit out of place....

Oleg - thanks for sharing some history of the building. I like the mural and pedestrian scene but I'm not sure it captures the essence of the space. The viewer is led to the right of the photo which is a parking area. I'd look for other angles where the viewer is taken to a more interesting spot.
However, I like the composition and how you included the greenery at the upper right and lower left. It's nicely balanced.   Posted: 08/04/2026 22:08:58

Jill, thanks!!! :-)   Posted: 08/24/2026 08:40:36
I agree with Norman, if you could making crop to remove the man would improve the image. Or a different angle as per Jill's suggestion. I do like having the mural in the background.   Posted: 08/10/2026 20:52:10
Hi Richard! It's a nice reason to go back and do another photo shoot there!   Posted: 08/24/2026 08:43:33
Yes! When possible, I sometimes return to a location for a redo.   Posted: 08/24/2026 09:51:59
Interesting history. Agree that the man in black should be removed. Interesting mural. I would like to see the pedestrians walking around the mural instead of away. I would also crop down from the top.   Posted: 08/19/2026 23:39:36
