Hi Jill
This shot is perfect I don't care if you set it up or if it was like this
You have a perfect triangle with the two people separated and a straight line though the middle to the fountain
This IS THE BEST WORK I've seen from you !
A word About the Q2 I have found that the 28 mm in fact is a 25mm up to f8 did tests with my M10P also be careful for blowen high lights I set my EV to -1
KEEP THE GOOD WORK UP .

Hi Norman - thanks for the feedback and I appreciate your suggestions on the exposure compensation for the Q2. I recently purchased it from someone who traded up to the Q3 so I'm still trying to figure things out on it. It's a great travel camera and was fun to use on my quick trip to Chicago.
Regarding the composition - everything was natural - no set-up. The people were already sitting there, the chairs aligned, etc. I took lots of images around the fountain but this one was my favorite.   Posted: 08/04/2026 20:04:53

Great shot! I like the composition with the fountain as the subject and city skyline background and two people with two empty chairs in foreground. I wonder if a slight increase in the clarity of the sky would add to the image.   Posted: 08/10/2026 14:21:43
Hi Richard - thanks for your comments and suggestion to increase clarity on the sky area. Appreciate your tips!   Posted: 08/10/2026 21:29:07
Great photo. Everything lined up perfectly. I would not change anything. Well seen and well done.   Posted: 08/19/2026 23:11:58
