Michael, excellent spoonbill. Very sharp and dark but still good detail under the wing. Very realistic. Don't you love the Saint Augustine Alligator Farm. Can do without the gators but the rookery is amazing March thru May. We are so lucky it is only an hour and a half away.   Posted: 11/18/2024 22:34:02

Yes, you are lucky. it is amazing. Luckily Breeze now has a non-stop flight from Vegas to Jax. Florida is great for photography. Most of my photos are under water.   Posted: 11/18/2024 22:44:31

Doesn't look like you had to do much work on the original to get this exquisite shot of the spoonbill. Colors of feathers and sky right on. And what a gorgeous bird it is. Would love to see your underwater shots. Are you in another group showing those?   Posted: 11/22/2024 16:23:42

Super shot of the spoonbill in flight. I am amazed at the colouration of the plumage. They are slowly returning to the UK, but the only ones that I have managed to picture are totally white!   Posted: 11/23/2024 10:35:16

I think that's because they are a different species of spoonbill.   Posted: 11/23/2024 16:05:13
