About the Image(s)

Here's a Great White Egret caught in a funny action I'd never seen before.

Nicely blurred and warm background for a bright white bird. You might try burning the egret to get some more definition in the feathers. Focus on the head is a bit soft. Interesting position. It fits well in the cropped photo.   Posted: 11/10/2024 23:25:36

Ron, very unique perfectly caught position of the Egret. Non distracting background except the and orange and blue spot above the neck which I removed. The lighting nicely accentuates the story.   Posted: 11/18/2024 22:23:18

The bird is a little bright. There is some loss of definition in the feathers.   Posted: 11/22/2024 15:13:29

Good action shot of the egret, but unfortunately it has lost definition in it's plumage! I usually adjust exposure by up to 2.0 stops with egrets to avoid this.   Posted: 11/23/2024 10:26:31
