About the Image(s)
The shapes attracted me, as simple as that. The damp was from an earlier rain shower.

Hi John,
The juxtaposition of the shapes is visually interesting. Some thoughts-would increasing the color saturation bring out the greens in the background ?...Thus giving more contrast with the leaf? Also, it might be interesting to see how this looked in monochrome.

I like how the leaf stands out beautifully against the dark, rough stone. The white patches of lichen create a pleasing balance. Overall, the image shows the quiet beauty of nature.   Posted: 08/16/2026 01:12:04
Hi John, I like the black & white treatment...it gives great emphasis to the shape of each of the leaves. Norm   Posted: 08/23/2026 17:31:18
I like the composition of three objects in a triangle. Interesting and my eye travels checking all three. I'm interested in how you like your Olympus as I'm looking for a new camera.
I find there is not much differation between the background and objects. Besides black and white conversion, there might be other options in Corel but I played in Luminar. I'm just learning how to mask so I played. I took the liberty to crop a little differently.
Fun environmental photo. Makes me want to be more observant of my surroundings.
