About the Image(s)
Landmark Center is a historic building narrowly saved from the wrecking ball during the decade or so when this was being done; It has been a legal center with judges, a jail, courtrooms and even a post office at one time. During prohibition federal officers moved into offices here to arrest the gangsters out of St Paul when the local sheriff was allowing them to stay as long as they broke no laws in St Paul. Hi Stan,
This is a terrific travel/architectural image. It's sharp with great leading lines. I especially like the somewhat moody skies!.

I did not make any special effort to gt the moody sky. The cellphone seemed to do it all on its own.   Posted: 02/10/2025 17:23:12
I love the clouds and hoe the red peaks are touching the sky. What a wonderful picture Stan. The slower shutter speed / high wind created that interesting movement effect in the sky.

An impressive building under a moody sky. This is good example of what can be achieved when using a phone for photography. Good sharpness throughout the picture.   Posted: 02/15/2025 11:02:34
