Visiting friends and seeing a beautiful sunset, grabbed camera and went outside. Waning Moon and Venus high in the heavens. Beached pontoon boat highlighted by off-camera light.
Z 6ii, ISO 2000, 23mm, F4, 1/20. LR denoise used in pp.

Hi Jay,
This to me is a very good twilight beach image. You managed to get good color in the sky while still being able to capture the moon & Venus...tough to do! While I understand that the pontoon boat isn't the only subject hereI wondered that, given, it's centrality in the image it might be worthwhile trying to brighten up the boat a bit to add further interest to the image.

Hi Jay, This is a beautiful, tranquil scene you captured. The boat provides a focal point that anchors the scene. I agree that brightening the boat a bit would improve it. Nice sky colors. Posted: 01/08/2025 20:56:41

Jay I love the fact the boat is under the horizon line. Well done. I would crop the sand a bit out.
