Hi Stan,
This to me is a great travel image. As you point out shooting from a cathedral balcony so as to get the entire interior in an image is a rare opportunity. You certainly made the most of it with vibrant colors and sharp focu!. I particularly like the way the sculpture in the lower right corner seems to `anchor' the image.
Happy 2025!

Hi Stan,
This creative point of view from a high vantage point captured the grandeur of the cathedral. The dominant red carpet leads the eye to the altar. I like the natural lighting showing interplay of light and shadows.   Posted: 01/10/2025 22:56:02

I was in this church in December 2023. Way more people when I was there. Tried to find a good spot to "cut out" the crowds. You did. Congratulations. There is so much to shoot here. You made a good choice.   Posted: 01/15/2025 02:51:52

A different angle on church interior photography. I like it.
The red carpet and the 'lion' in the right bottom corner lead us into the illuminated centre area. Lots of detail for the eye to wander over. Well done.   Posted: 01/17/2025 09:47:18

Stan, I am not sure about this one. It seems that it is out of focus towards the end of the chapel but the floor is in focus.
