About the Image(s)
This photo was taken in San Miguel de Allende just a few weeks ago. I was on a workshop which emphasized street and architectural photography. I watched this woman for a while - she was obviously getting ready to meet someone (flowers) and was repeatedly making phone calls which didn't seem to connect. At just the right time, this man walked into the scene and caught the light perfectly. There is a story there - the thing about street photography is that we all get to make up our own.

I agree that the viewer can make up a story of there own for pictures like this one. You have timed it just right with the light on the passing man.   Posted: 04/18/2026 09:13:34
Loved going to San Miguel de Allende. We were there on a Saturday and it was weddings at all the churches one right after another that day. Now you've got me going back to look at my photos. Good timing with the man walking by and her looking at her phone.   Posted: 04/18/2026 12:03:46
