About the Image(s)
Shop Keeper's Helper was shot in St Maarten last January with a Sony RX10 IV, 37mm focal length, 1/200s, f/4, ISO 100. Post processing consisted of cropping, enhancing colors, and removing cars from the background. The weekly market in Marigot is always a wonderful place to see brightly colored fabrics, cute kids, and amazing food! It's a must see destination!

Well done! Colors are very bright and items sharp. I like the effort to get the cars in the background out.   Posted: 07/11/2025 00:37:54
I like this. The child amongst the coloured material looking towards the camera. If you have removed some unwanted traffic from the background you have made a good job of it.
Considering the contrast between the stall and the background you have handled it well.   Posted: 07/12/2025 09:10:28

Very good street photography. The look of the girl sitting among the fabrics is striking and invites to tell a story.   Posted: 07/12/2025 21:26:49
Great portrait of the girl, very expressive, even she is very young but has a look of an older girl.   Posted: 07/15/2025 05:53:24
Great portrait! excellent lighting and pose. Love the colors. Have you tried lens blur in Lightroom/Adobe Camera Raw. I think it would let you blur the background while keeping the subject sharp.   Posted: 07/28/2025 02:35:54
