About the Image(s)
This was shot in El Salvador last week with a Sony RX10 IV at 58mm, 1/640s, f/3.5, ISO 200, aperture priority. Post processing consisted of cropping, and enhancing brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. This was my last day in El Salvador and I really wanted to capture the people in their environment. During my morning walk I came across several people out making deliveries of baked goods and produce. Lovely country, lovely people.

I like it. The gesture and subject looking directly at you draws you into the image. Perhaps crop from the right about half way to shed to make the subject more prominent.   Posted: 03/14/2025 12:50:17

Well done, I would not add much to the picture. It reminded me of my fatherīs hometown, a small village established around a sugar mill in the southeast of Mexico. The people there is simple and friendly and just enjoy life.   Posted: 03/14/2025 17:13:44
A simple picture of a man doing his daily work. Not sure what the gesture is about, but it kind of makes the picture more interesting.   Posted: 03/18/2025 03:32:32
That also reminds me of people in small towns in Peru, where I am original from, where they have simple jobs like selling bread or other things to have a living for them and their families, but they are always smiling and happy.
Great story, nicely capture.   Posted: 03/20/2025 05:55:22

Taking images working in a different country is great. I like he's looking directly at you and I feel it looks like he may want to sell you something with the gesture.   Posted: 03/23/2025 14:20:38
