About the Image(s)

I took this candid 10 years ago, but wasn't really satisfied with it. Too much noise, and too many distractions. Fast forward 10 years and edit with the new AI tools in Lightroom, plus Topaz Photo AI denoise (Lightroom denoise wasn't strong enough), plus convert to Sepia with Silver Efex Pro.

The two faces are clearly visible and present an interesting character study. I applaud your effort of restoring through AI but the halo around the heads is somewhat distracting.   Posted: 01/11/2025 21:39:58

Great job, the facial expression of both individuals is very interesting. Probably decreasing the backround exposition in Lightroom would help to focus the view on the couple.   Posted: 01/12/2025 01:19:55

Great portrait, it show so well the personality and character of the couple, very well done. Like the Sepia tone.
On the right hand side there is kind of a black whole, that distracts me.   Posted: 01/12/2025 05:43:03

I love this image and what I did was bring it into Photoshop and use the clone tool to eliminate some of the distractions. What do you think.   Posted: 01/16/2025 15:47:03

A tasteful candid of these two people either deep in thought or concentrating on something off to the left. The light on the subjects is good and monochrome is a good choice. well seen and taken.   Posted: 01/17/2025 09:33:14

Beautiful portrait of a couple deep in thought. I'm glad you took the effect to resurrect this image and enhance it - it is definitely worth keeping. I agree with Glen, the halo is a bit distracting, but other than that this is a great photo!   Posted: 01/17/2025 11:32:58

I like this a lot. If you feel you need to adjust it I'd lighten up the back of him and in front of area from her. Nice portait of the couple.   Posted: 01/18/2025 21:10:58

I've read all the comments, and I'm having some trouble considering how to incorporate them. I think the background could be improved, but I don't want it to be too plain. I'll let this "cook" for a while and come back to it at a later time.   Posted: 01/21/2025 04:56:36
