Taken on the same morning as the picture of the castle last month. I t was a quiet Sunday morning before any crowds began to arrive. I liked the contrast between the cathedral and the white stone of the War Memorial.

I think the photograph captures the magnificence of the cathedral and the contrast with the cross adds to the interest of the image as you mention. Probably trying to find a different angle to improve the picture´s symmetry would help. Posted: 01/12/2025 23:18:13
