About the Image(s)
This image is of the Conservatory building ai Longwood Gardens, Pennsylvania. I took the image on the 22nd of this month when my wife and I were there. My main purpose for visiting Longwood was to photograph their water lilies, of which there were many and varied types. When I took this image I had it cropped too close to the left-hand side of the frame, as evident in the original image. I used the generative fill function in Photoshop to fix this. There was little editing done other than the monochrome conversion (Luminar NEO), denoise and sharpening (Topaz) and a slight vignette.

A picture of patterns and various angles. A lot to look at here; the main structure and the large container that contains a shrub. Then we have a water feature with ripples that breaks up the reflection of the main structure. The sidewalk on an angle with the patch of lawn adds another point of interest.
The monochrome conversion displays high contrast that adds impact to the scene, also the lone cloud in the sky also is quite important to this interesting design picture.   Posted: 11/05/2025 19:50:07
